P-MOOJ Demo Album! In the Spring of 2005 the band spent $300 on a 4-hr recording session and this was the result:
In 2007 we released our 2nd album. That album seems to have dissapeared off the face of the Earth. Not anymore!
Download it for free!!!!
We try to record every show. And as a result we do our best never to play any song the same way twice. Hope you enjoy!
Aug 30, 2014--Ice House--
Special thanks to Terry Petko for sitting in with us.
July 4, 2014--CLUB RED--
Special thanks to Will Tuli for sitting in with us. Will was our drummer for about a year (~2010 & 2011). He did the Analog Soup album with us. Here are some highlights from the show:
April 25, 2013--Marquee Theater--Opening For Blackberry Smoke
February 16, 2013--Donna Jeans--
Another great Donna Jean's night! We were given an 'extra' set because one of the bands didn't show. Hey! That's when we're at our best--when we cross the 30+ minute mark. Below are some selected songs from the evening. As you can hear the new stuff continues to evolve and the old stuff, well, I guess it's evolving too. The whole show was recorded but I won't upload it all unless you want to hear more. Just email me at moojhead@gmail.com .

January 20, 2013--PF Chang's Rock n' Roll Marathon--
What happens when you tell a band like The Psychedelic Mooj that you can play as loud and as long as you like? You get the PF Chang's Rock n' Roll Marathon. This was our 8th or 9th time there (no one keeps track anymore) and we are the one band that can play long enough to take the stage at the finish line. So from 8:30AM until the last runner crossed the finish line (~3:00PM) we jammed. We shared the stage with Mirror Image, a classic rock band from Phoenix, and took turns playing 1 hr sets. In all I'm guessing we performed 4 1/2 hrs of music that day. Below is most of it. Some of what you hear is NEW (i.e., it hasn't been recorded yet). We'll give you the new stuff anyway--hoping you'll like it enough to buy the CD when it comes in the summer of '13. There is also a surprise in store for those Mach IV Mooj fans out there. Will Tuli, our drummer during the Analog Soup sessions and for 2010 and part of 2011, stopped by and sat in for three songs (Who's Gonna Love Ya, Knockin' and Road to Tombstone). Always good to see Will. Not only is he my oldest son, he's also a huge part of P-Mooj history. Enjoy!
November 10, 2012--Donna Jean's--
This was another "awesome" Donna Jean's Show. The place was packed and we had a great time. As you can hear the new stuff is tightening up a bit. We hope you enjoy the show.
